It's a famous sake from Aomori, Tasake's Hyakushoku 🍁🤭I love it, it feels like fall! I'm looking forward to it because I don't think I've had a sake that feels like fall yet this year 😊.
The top notes are a bit subdued, but in the mouth it has a melon-like sweetness that spreads softly and is enveloped by a gentle acidity. ☺️
As fall approaches and the leaves begin to change color, you may suddenly remember this wonderful taste 🍁😌.
