はかたサバスキー
I bought this at a sake brewery when I visited Tottori last November.
The father of the brewery said, "I don't approve of sweet sake.
I am fine with that because I have a wide range of tastes from sweet to dry.
It has been more than half a year since it was bottled, but when you put it in your mouth, you can feel the robust and honest flavor that is typical of strong sake. The aroma is impressive and refined, not like a country sake.
The fact that the producer of the rice is also clearly stated on the bottle is also a sign of confidence.
It is not flashy, but it is not too assertive and does not pander to the latest fads.
Thank you very much.

Good morning, Hakata Sabaski 😃.
I see you visited a sake brewery in Tottori! I think I know what your father is talking about because when it comes to dry sake, it's like Tottori sake 🍶😊We are all-rounders from sweet to spicy drinkers too 😚.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby!
I knew you were an all-rounder 😄
I enjoyed the sake while remembering the face of the earnest-looking father!
It's fun to buy from a brewery because of this added bonus ✨.
