Kuri
Drank w Eddy, Grace, & Jesse at Fushimi Sake Village.
Enjoyed it but wasn’t a top fave from the 18 we sampled.
Notes: Daiginjo represents the finest of Japanese sake with a polishing rate of over 50%, revealing the heart of the grain, the niche of the sake's rich aromas. Gekkeikan Daiginjo Nama Tsume is surprisingly fruity, refreshing, dry in the mouth but delicate & subtle. Unpasteurized before bottling, it expresses notes of 🍏 and 🍐 typical of the yeast specially created by the brewery.
