Today I had Ikezuki from Nakanotomachi, Ishikawa Prefecture for the first time in a long time 😋 I bought it at a local liquor store on my way home from work.
The aroma is a little more mature than the usual umami type 🤔The mouthfeel is round, soft umami and gentle sweetness😊Elegant and beautiful 😚The aftertaste is refreshing and sharp 😘👍
It's been a while since I've had a good Ikezuki 🥳.
