It's fruity, but there's also a solid rice-derived aroma deep inside, which shows that this is Junmai. I don't know where to find the sake principle... The acidity is very mild and the scent has some rice-derived elements, so it's hard to distinguish it from a normal Junmai sake or a Junmai Ginjo. But the fact that there's a hint of nigorizake is the Ikizake.
