This is a limited edition sake from the Shinshu Jizake Hanpukai, which is organized by Jizakeya Miyajima, a hard-core sake shop that only sells local sake from Nagano Prefecture in Shinshu.
The aroma is of mildly sweet red grape syrup. Wow, this looks delicious!
When you put it in your mouth, you will suddenly taste sweetness and bitterness. The sweetness is centered around the sugar-rich sweetness, and the umami and acidity are gentle. Yet it has depth. In the latter half, a pleasant bitterness also comes out and finishes the taste. Yum!
I know it's not Ghibli, but I can compare it to Nodame, the main character in "Nodame Cantabile. She has a sweet romantic brain and perverted behavior, but her talent is outstanding. Especially in the latter half of the story, when she starts to worry.
