Rice Kake rice Gohyakumangoku Koji rice: Koshiibuki Rice polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content 14 Sake degree -36 Acidity 2.5 This is the sweetest type of the Jyosu Mori series. It has a sweet aroma like grape and pineapple, and a sharp acidity like yogurt. It goes well with hamburgers, blue cheese, and tiramisu. It is sweeter when drunk with a chopstick, and you can enjoy its fruity aroma and radiant sweetness when drunk in a wine glass. So, I had a glass of wine. It was lightly muddled, with a firm effervescence. Rich sweetness and well-balanced acidity. Image of white peaches. Since it is sweet, it is not a sake to be enjoyed with food. It is better to drink it slowly and enjoy the sake. Recommended for people who don't like sake.
