IJI Purchased at three sake brewery openings along the Fukuoka Amagi line that were held on the 20th and 21st. This is the first time for me to try Yamazato Kotobuki.
Cold sake.
The aroma is subdued.
It has a gentle taste, yet it has a sharpness. Moreover, it has a gentle sharp taste. The aftertaste is short.
The president is a woman, and the sake is popular among young people and women. Recommended for sake beginners.
