Kurosawa is famous for making solid sake. This is the first time I have had this sake, but it is good. Good old-fashioned sake with a traditional sake yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast.
It is good when heated. Strong, firm, and spicy. A strong, hard, spicy sake.
It is a waste of sake. Next time, let's try it with yudofu.
