Since we have herrings, we decided on a sake with a stylish image using kanji (Chinese characters) instead of hiragana (Japanese characters)! I tied my best score in golf today, so I decided to make a good sake (≧▽≦) (I always drink good sake, lol).
Not too sweet, easy to taste! Just the stylishness I was looking for!
With lettuce salad, sashimi (inada, swordfish, herring, and flatfish)!
Pasteurized Sake available only in Niigata Prefecture
