The third drink at YATA, which specializes in junmai sake, was "Gozenshu" 🍶.
The first sake, "Gozenshu" 🍶, is made from Omachi sake produced in Okayama Prefecture. The sweetness of the rice is well balanced with the spiciness, bringing out a good umami flavor.
