Zuyo Natsu Ginjo
It has a lemony, refreshing ginjo aroma with a gentle sweetness that is somewhat like raw rice.
In the mouth, the texture is smooth, but the taste is light.
The sweetness and umami of the clean rice spreads in the mouth, and although it seems to have a sake degree of ±0, it feels a little spicy.
The rice wine contains brewing alcohol, so the taste is very stable.
It goes well with white fish and summer vegetables.
