The balance is good, but
but there is not much that will give you a big thump.
It is a food wine and doesn't interfere with food.
Note
After about a week after opening the bottle, the sake becomes more familiar with the sake, or rather, the goodness of the sake is enhanced and there is a repeat. I would like to revise it upward as time goes by.
