Personal preference 3.7/5 Ingredient Rice: Yamadanishiki produced in Kurodasho Alcohol content 16 This is a light nigori sake made by brewer Kuheiji! We made a reservation at Takimoto! I have not had a Kuheiji since Eiraku Shokudo in Akita. It's easy to drink because it's only a draft sake, so it still has a gaseous taste and not too much alcohol 😋. I can feel the sweetness of the rice rather than the fruitiness 🍚. The freshness of the sake is not as strong as other sake, perhaps because it is not as sweet as other sake... (I was wrong about the way I managed it!) I drank it in 2 days, so I finished it before it felt mellow 🍻. Thank you very much for your kindness!

Hello Ofuji-san, ☀️ I see you drank the Kuheiji 😊It was delicious, but yes, it was a very umami tasting sake! It was like it was delicious during a meal 🙄.
