I bought it at a liquor store in the station during a business trip to Iwate and drank it at the hotel.
It is a special pure unpasteurized sake. It seems to have a strong character, but it is very gentle to drink and comes in easily.
It has a good amount of acidity, but it also has a good amount of umami, so I think it's a very well balanced sake. I can't try it much because I'm on the road, but I think it would go well with teriyaki chicken. It would be interesting to try raising the temperature. (You can't heat it up in a hotel (;tsudzuki).
