I opened a relatively new one (2023) from my stock of 150ml bottles.
The last one I opened was not so good.
but this one was good again!
I think it's hard to tell the difference in kijo sake.
I'd like to try it again if the timing is right.
I'd like to compare the different BY (brewing year) if the timing is right.
