金猫魔
I visited Matsushima, one of the three most scenic spots in Japan.
In search of Miyagi sake, after getting off the sightseeing boat, we went to Mutoya Matsushima Honten, a store specializing in Miyagi's local sake.
This is one of several Miyagi sake we were shown around,
Urakasumi's Sabusawa, a sake limited to Miyagi Prefecture.
Sabusawa Island, the largest of the Urato Islands, can be seen from the Matsushima sightseeing boat. This junmai ginjo sake uses Miyagi's rice, Sasanishiki, grown in the rich nature of the island. The rice is said to be grown using traditional farming methods on the island, which has no rivers.
Not much sake rice is grown in Miyagi, and many sake breweries use rice for their sake. Heh.
A little expensive, but I'm a sucker for limited editions and local flavor. I'll buy it.
The color is clear,
The aroma is mild, with a hint of banana,
Mild and smooth on the palate,
Slightly sweet and slightly acidic,
The taste is rounded with a hint of bitterness,
The taste is clean and clean.
The taste is clean and beautiful, with no clutter or peculiarities,
Delicious!
