It is creamy, mellow and dry with a rich rice-derived flavor.
It becomes even richer and richer when it is heated up!
Each has its own merits and both are hard to throw away!
I liked the saltiness of the fit!
Nagahama was introduced in the "Otona Tabi Arukitabi" (Adult's Journey to Nagahama).
Not only sake, but also wine and doburoku are available, and it seems to be a very famous sake brewery!
