This is Yamori, a local Higashimurayama sake! I used to drink it quite a bit when I was at my parents' house, so I was surprised when I saw it at the top of the Sake-no-wa ranking lol!
I bought it when I went back home at the end of the year. This time I couldn't refrigerate it when I carried it with me, so I bought the hi-iri for the first time.
The aroma is mild compared to the nama-shu.
However, when you drink it, it is quite fruity. It is easy to drink, but the sweetness only lingers in the mouth a little.
It is a local sake, but it has been quite a while since I have had it, and it was delicious. Next time I go back, I'll bring a cooler bag and buy some nama-zake as well.
