Yamada Nishiki's production soil, which I don't know when I should drink. It had been in the fridge for a long time, but I was able to drink the Effervescent before that. The aroma is citrusy, and when you put it in your mouth, the acidity fills your mouth and makes it sizzle. The bubbles were so strong that if someone who didn't know anything about sake drank it, they wouldn't think it was sake. I can understand why people would think it is a new type of sake.
