FUJIYAMA
Today's sake is a Junmai Daiginjo from Sanzenmori in Tajimi City, Gifu Prefecture❗️ The aroma is a slight ginjo sweetness❗️As you take a sip, there is a dry numbness on the tongue, as expected of a +12 to +13 super dry sake❗️After that comes a slight fruity sweetness❗️To strengthen that slight sweetness, I tried heating it up to 35℃ in the microwave, but the lingering dryness became too strong and I didn't really recommend it💢. It is true that it may be good as a food sake, but as a sake bearing the title of Junmai Daiginjo, it seems to be a little short.
