Kamikawa Taisetsu Junmai Sake: 1650 yen (4-pack bottle)
On the last day in Hokkaido, we got this sake, which is reputed to be a delicious sake sold at SECOMA!
We didn't have a refrigerator, so we had it cold (room temperature).
It has the sweetness and umami of rice, and is a junmai sake. I always prefer to drink it cold, so it was not so refreshing and dry, but rather, it was just like the sake I like. I would like to drink it chilled next time.
