けにょOn the way home, I found some Nabeshima Yamadanishiki at a liquor store and secured it. Nabeshima's sake is very fresh even when it's not raw, but I'm looking forward to drinking it this time of year. It was a well-balanced sake, not too sweet like New Moon, but with a hint of bitterness. hp shows that there is an auberge at the brewery, I would like to stay there someday.
