It's not so much mellow as it is refreshing.
But it's not lacking, it's just right.
Some spiciness to follow?
Alcoholic? The "I" is the first word that comes to my mind.
There is almost no bitterness or sourness.
I thought the same thing the last time I drank Zank Zankuro.
I like this.
