Unpasteurized sake made from Sakekomachi from the Fudo Hanging Shibori series.
It has a refreshing ginjo aroma, and because it is a nama-ginjo sake, you can taste the richness and sweetness of the rice, and it is very satisfying to drink!
Because it is made by Hanging Shibori, there is almost no miscellaneous taste and only the beautiful flavor is extracted.
It's a great sake that takes a lot of time and effort, but tastes great too😋.
