(My impression after drinking it)
Slightly yellowish in appearance. Not much of a ginjo aroma. The first thing you notice on the palate is the acidity. The umami of rice with a strong glutamate acidity is not as strong as that of Kahayo Yakko, but it is very pronounced. It has a lingering sweetness, but it is a refreshingly dry summer sake. It is suitable as a mid-meal drink.
