I'm not a big believer in "hot sake only".
Even at the liquor store, they had it on the shelf in the reach-in, not at room temperature.
I tried it cold first.
Creamy and sweet. It's good enough. But there was a hint of freshly cooked rice at the end, as if it was about to warm up. What if it is?
I heated it in a microwave oven.
The acidity comes out and the sweetness of the rice stands out even more.
This makes sense.
It's certainly better when heated ❗️.
