A reminder of when I drank it last year. Sweet fruity aroma like ripe apple or strawberry syrup is gorgeous and grain aroma is also present, giving the impression of a strong aroma. The sweetness and umami are strong, with a slight sourness, and the aftertaste is particularly intense. It is a delicious sake, but personally I think I prefer the special junmai sake I drank before.
