We started with the 2023 5years old.
It has a rich flavor and a slightly matured feel, and I felt more umami than sweetness.
Next is the 2024 6year old, which has a very strong sweetness!
This one is delicious on its own.
My first impression is that everyone likes the freshness of 2024.
However, as you continue to drink, the 2023 5year old goes well with the meal and is very tasty😍!
Both fresh and aged have their own merits and both are delicious 🤩.
Everyone who attended the event said they were enjoying sake with their spouses!
