Hachitan-Nishiki is Hiroshima's preferred rice for sake brewing, but it has been a long time since I drank it.
The sweetness was subdued, but the freshness and acidity could be felt 🍶.
It was light, fresh, and easy to drink 😊.
Even though I live in Hiroshima, Kamo Kanehide is rarely seen in supermarkets or produce markets 😗.
