The story was as if the sake had been laid up for the 2020 hanpukai. Yamayu" is the trade name of Shinmasa. The initial aroma is faintly sweet with a hint of acidity typical of a sake yeast yeast yeast yeast. In the mouth, there is a beautiful acidity typical of the sake yeast and a gentle, full-bodied sweetness. You can also smell the aroma of wooden vats. It is different from the recent modern Shinmasa, and is a classic sake made from a traditional sake yeast. It is like Shiga's Hatsuzakura. I wonder if the old Niimasa was like this? It was delicious in its own way 🍶.

Good evening, Matsuchiyo-san. I'm not familiar with Shinmasa, but this Yamayu tastes like the first sakura 😊I love New Hatsusakura, so I'll have to think about it next time I drink it💕.

Good evening Peco-san 🍶. I've only ever had Shinmasa at a bar 😅. I guess it's like Hatsuzakura Summer Pop with the aroma of wooden vats added. Hatsuzakura is delicious 😚.
