たけるパパ
Purchased at Kanazawa-ya, Snow Country Sake Shop, on a procurement trip to Echigo-Yuzawa 🍶.
This is the first time I drink "Takachiyo" in hiragana.
The label color is purple🟣 and it is a seasonal product.
I was nervous when I opened the bottle because it was labeled "Active Nama Sake," but I was able to open the screw cap without a hitch.
The aroma when the bottle was opened was sweet, fresh, and fruity. The aroma was sweet, fresh, and fruity, which is a strange way to describe the aroma of grapes.
When you put it in your mouth, the sweetness comes first. A certain gaseous sensation is felt in the mouth, as if mixed with the sweetness. As the gaseous sensation spreads, a sweet and sour acidity can be felt in the mouth.
Behind that, an astringent taste derived from alcohol, as if blotting out the zing, tightens the acidity and brings it all together.
The volume of the light nigori can also be tasted as a doshiri. The alcohol content is rather high at 16 degrees, but the sweet and sour taste is so good that you don't feel it. Very good.
I think it is best to drink this 🍶 cold.
