Like Hokusetsu, it was one of the four sake breweries featured prominently in an advertisement for a sake event at the Kintetsu Department Store at the end of March. The glass is filled with a gorgeous daiginjo aroma, and when you take a sip, a sweet and delicious soup flows into your mouth as if you were biting into a piece of fruit. In the latter half, a pungent taste that clarifies the outline of the soup appears, and after you finish it, the lingering taste fades out and disappears....
