We got #Imanishiki Shiboritate Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake from #Yonezawa Sake Brewery in Nakagawa Village, Kamiina-gun, Nagano Prefecture. I think this is the 4th time I've had it 😊.
As usual, it has a mellow flavor like white grapes. The mouthfeel is slightly thickened and the sweetness is moderate. I also felt the slight sparkle was moderate.
It is a stable deliciousness♪
