Impression: From the perspective of the quest for low alcohol, it has a strong alcoholic aroma, but I managed to drink it because of its rounded, angular taste.
On the palate: No sweetness, acidity, or fruity notes.
The impression is that it is more like a classic ginjo modern.
I had it as a food sake, but the presence of KID was too strong (personal impression by a low-alcohol seeker).
