Purchased on the recommendation of someone at work (probably unmarked).
This time it had a "+" on it, but since I was going to drink it today, I called it a non-issue (lol).
When I put it in my mouth, I thought it might have a strong sour taste from the way it stimulated my tongue, but when I actually drank it, I got the impression that it was very mild and sweet!
But when I actually drank it, I got the impression that it was very mild and sweet, yet still very drinkable.
When I looked at it more closely, the "+" seemed to be a mixture of shochu from sake lees, which was a taste that made sense when I was told (sweat).
