さなD
Found at the Sapporo Naebo Station hot spring shop🦷.
It was rare to find a sake named after a place in Sapporo.
It was the first sake I bought this year.
The contents is a clean cup of Honjozo by Kinjitake.
Rice used is unknown
It is a light, slightly dry sake with an assertive acidity.
The aftertaste leaves a bit of astringency and maybe a little sweetness.
It is an ordinary cup of sake, but the different label gives it a different flavor.
