My impression of the taste of the sake alone.
No aroma, a tangy, sweet and sour sake, but not too sweet.
Spiciness and bitterness can also be felt, but only slightly.
Sourness>>sweetness>bitterness, pungency

Alcohol content: 16%.
Rice used: Hanabukiyuki
Rice Polishing Ratio: Koji Rice 55%, Kake Rice 60
