This is a hiyaoroshi version of the Kujiranami that I had at the same restaurant a while back.
It goes into the mouth smoothly and softly, with a faint rice sweetness.
Then a soft, hot alcohol feeling followed by the same soft bitterness.
The rice flavor is well rounded and firm.
It goes well with the richness of sesame paste and spicy fried chicken.
It is like a sake from a bar.
