Second in the Kyushu series. The first one was easy to drink and I'm on my second bottle. 😅Now we are going to compare the taste of Oumachi. I'm not sure if it's a good one or not 🌾.
The color is slightly yellowish. The aroma is sweet and fruity, unlike the image on the label. The impact in the mouth is not strong, but the mild sweetness and umami gradually spread in the mouth. There is a slight bitterness at the end.
Serve with broiled eel. The full-bodied flavor gives the image of eating it with rice. If you put sansho (Japanese pepper) on it, the fresh "Mae" goes better with it. If you don't put sansho, you can feel the characteristics of Oumachi of Matsuura Ichi and drink it deliciously. 😁
