ミドサー酒呑童子
After cherry blossom viewing, I drank a cup of sake at a Japanese-style pub.
The color is golden, almost transparent, with a slight viscosity when poured into a sake cup. It has a gorgeous iso-type ginjo aroma.
In the mouth, the fruity aroma spreads quickly, followed by just the right amount of sweetness and acidity. There is a slight gassy feeling, and the taste is fresh and refreshing, typical of spring. The slightly lower alcohol content makes it feel even lighter on the palate.
Overall, it gives the impression of a modern, fragrant sake typical of Mutsu Hachisen, and is very tasty.
