It is the time of year when new sake starts to appear. In remembrance of the end of autumn, we opened a bottle of Ding's Aki-agari that we purchased in Nagano last month🍶.
The aroma is like freshly cooked rice 🌾.
Compared to the Junmai Ginjo we drank the other day, it has a more rounded flavor, just like an Aki-agari. However, it is easy to drink without being too heavy.
It is especially elegant at the beginning, giving the sensation that you are drinking a purely delicious sake. As one continues drinking, one begins to taste a bitterness in the aftertaste.
