The third bottle of Murasaki Uchu is made from a premium brand rice, "Kiniro no Kaze", with a rice polishing ratio of 70%. It is light and has a strong acidity, but the overall impression is thin. The rice is said to be characterized by rich sweetness, but there is no sweetness on the palate. The finish is sharp. On the second and third days after opening the bottle, it still gave the impression of being a refreshing summer sake, and was not my favorite among the Murasaki Uchu sake.
