This is a seasonal upwardly compatible version of our flagship Green Label Honjozo.
The aroma is deliciously sweet. It has the deliciousness of rice, the slight sweetness and acidity of lychee, and a little bit of a rummy taste. It's good. Absolutely delicious.
The mouthfeel is a tangy, energetic, deliciously sweet pomelo. Yes, it is delicious. It's already delicious in an easy-to-understand way. The peachy sweetness is good, and this umami is wonderful. The slight and moderate bitterness also adds depth to the flavor.
It finishes off with a nice lingering umami-sweetness. Pleasant~! Refreshing~!
If I were to use a Ghibli analogy, it would be "Howl" from "Howl's Moving Castle. He is so handsome and easy to understand.
