The aroma is mild, but the alcohol is light.
The mouthfeel is dry, with the main taste of rice and bitterness, and the lingering aftertaste is soft and fluffy.
It has a white wine-like position, and when paired with cheese, the umami expands and it is good. 🙆♂️
