This is a bottle we bought at a liquor store where we compared drinks at the end of the year. It is the Arabashiri that my wife and I liked the most in the Hatsutabatake series.
It is still delicious even when drunk at home. The aroma, sweetness, acidity, and aftertaste are all to our liking! We especially love the sourness of Sengoku!
It has a clean aftertaste, but the sweetness and sourness are both stronger than the Asahi Shibori we drank the other day. It has a refreshing aftertaste, but the sweetness and sourness are both stronger than the Asa Shibori I drank the other day.
It's the middle of the week and I want to save the amount I drink, but I couldn't resist and drank it all.
