On the second day of our trip to Fukui, we visited a sake brewery on the way back from the Dinosaur Museum.
This sake is brewed from rice grown without using pesticides and fertilizers.
Compared to sake brewed with rice grown as usual, it was delicious, with a good sense of liveliness. (I purchased it and will review it again later)
