酒屋 巡
Holiday. These days are stressful, so I thought it would be nice to have a little luxury at home.
Oyster nabe and hot tofu in broth.
We enjoyed sake with it.
This time it was "Yaemon Junmai Dry" from Fukushima prefecture.
The aroma is not that strong.
The sweetness of the rice is very strong.
There is a hint of acidity in it.
It has a faintly fruity aroma that comes through the nose.
Although it is called "dry", it is not dry with astringent and bitter taste, but it has a sweet taste and a sharp feeling.
It's a bit of a luxurious sake for this time's Tsumami.
It is indeed a dry sake, and it is more appealing with meats, simmered dishes, and other foods with strong flavors than fish.
I know it's not good to get rid of stress by eating and drinking, but this is the best way to do it.
I'm going to go to the next one now that I've finished drinking.
