This sake brewery is located in Higashinada Ward, Kobe City, and has a long history, having been brewed in 1625. It was founded in 1625, 10 years after the Osaka Natsu no Jin (Osaka Summer War), which means it was right after the Tokugawa period. It has been brewed since the time of Hidetada Tokugawa and Iemitsu Iemitsu, so you can feel the history of this brewery. It seems that Sakura Masamune did a great job in making Nada sake famous in Edo.
It has a gentle but delicious sweetness on the palate with little cloying taste. It goes well with a variety of snacks. The freshness of the sake is also good, and the strength of the alcohol is not too strong, making it easy to drink.
