⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Polishing ratio 60%, ALC 16%.
We chose Nara Prefecture's Harushika as the closing sake for today's lunch and evening drinking event.
The slightly sweet, fruity aroma was refreshing, like green apples, and I thought it was a light sake to drink.
We also had another type of sake, [Kami Kokoro Winter Moon Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake with Okayama Hakuto Yeast], which we met again after 4 years since December 2018 and had already checked in, so I have updated the date information and picture.
We finished our meal with tai chazuke and shijimi clam soup. It was delicious...very satisfying.
Lunchtime drinking and early evening drinking are also quite enjoyable.
